This document will help you understand the terms and conditions under which personal information is provided to this website. Online Forms
The NIITD website uses online forms where you may be asked to provide certain personal information. This is necessary to access certain services in the website (e.g. Online registrations & Payments) or to take part in surveys. By filling out and submitting the form you are understood to have consented to NIITD storing and using the information for the purposes for which it has been provided.

Documents/Certificates required at the time of Admission:
Copy of mark sheets,photos,Affidavit (for change in name/surname) and Certificate of the institute/school last studied and admission related documents required at time of admission.

Refund of Fee:
If a student is granted admission to any of the academic programs conducted by the academy and deposits the fee in full or part, but subsequently does not join the course, or leaves the course at any time during the year/semester due to any reason whatsoever, his/her fee will not be refunded after the admission.

Additional Fee:
Eligibility, enrolment, and examination fee will be separately paid by the student.

Dropout:
If a candidate who has been granted admission, does not take admission, or takes admission but does not join the program, or having joined it, leaves it any time during the first semester, or does not appear in the first semester examination (due to any reason), he/she will cease to be a student of that course, and his/her admission will stand cancelled automatically. No fee will be refunded in such cases.

Security
At NIITD, we take every possible precaution to ensure that your data is safe and secure. Unfortunately, we have to control over the transmission medium and digital transmission over the internet can rarely be completely secure. Thus, we cannot ensure the safety of the information transferred to us, and you need to do so at your own risk. Once we receive the data, we will strive to keep it secure using the latest technology, constant upgrades to our digital security infrastructure and restricted access. All information you provide as will be stored in NIITD secured servers. However, we make no guarantees about the security of the data in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Note:-There will be no written entrance test for admission. If a candidate take for admission to a certificate program fails to join the program or abandons the program midway after paying fee, his/her fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
